Welcome to Bistro Egalite

Our chef has over 30 years of French cooking experience.
He has gained invaluable experience in Michelin star restaurants in France,
bringing his talents home to Japan.
Choosing to open his own Bistro he wants everyone to enjoy the wonders of French cuisine on a daily basis.
With respect to traditional homemade taste and fresh ingredients,
